Our Leasing Process

  1. Apply Online
    Complete our application. Once received, we will email you requesting income verification. We look for your net income to be 3X your rent.
  2. Schedule a Showing
    We will contact you to schedule a showing if you meet the income requirements.
  3. View the Property
    We’ll show you around the property and answer any questions you have.
  4. Process Your Application
    We send you an email to get your consent to run a credit check. The results are delivered as soon as you finish the questionaire.
  5. Hold the Property
    If the background check and credit requirements are met, you will be able to hold the property with a security deposit.
  6. Lease Signing
    We set an appointment to sign a lease, give you a folder with all necessary rental information, and hand you the keys once we receive the 1st month’s rent.
