Principle Property Management has a great selection of quality properties to choose from. We are easy to contact in a variety of ways; email, website, phone, and text. Our use of technology not only makes it convenient for tenants to contact us when necessary for maintenance, but automatic bill pay makes it easy to set up and pay rent.
LEASING PROCESS
- Apply Online
Fill out an application online. We look for your income to be 3X rent for affordability purposes - Schedule a Showing
We will contact you to schedule a showing if you meet the income requirements. We may require that you provide your last 2 pay stubs. - View the Property
- Process Application
If you decide you want the property, we will process your application. We will send you an email entitled “Secure Request for Credit.” You must answer a few questions and give your consent to have your credit run. You will be required to pay for the background and credit check. We will immediately get the results as soon as you are finished. - Hold the Property
If you pass the background check and credit requirements, you will be able to hold the property with a security deposit. - Lease Signing
We will sign a lease, give you a folder with all necessary rental information, and hand you the keys once we receive the 1st month’s rent.
