Principle Property Management was formed out of a need for quality management in an area of the country with a unique investment opportunity but limited management. Dale Hanssen brings 10+ years of individual property ownership experience to work for you as owner of the management team. Your unique needs as an investor are deeply felt by the staff at PPM across the board.

We are constantly brainstorming new ways to make our business better. The management of your properties will always be a dynamic versus static process as we find new ways to manage your investment better. We take away the headache of managing your own properties allowing you to rest in the fact that things are taken care of.

Eviction Process

One of the systems we have been able to significantly improve is the eviction process. It can be part of a nightmare scenario in property investment if not handled correctly. If a tenant’s behavior leads to eviction we have streamlined the process to speed up the time it takes to evict tenants and to decrease the cost. From the time it takes for us to make a decision to evict we typically have possession 22-30 days later. We have been able to get the cost to around $300.
